| Required qualifications: |
- 5 years experience in information technologies
- 3 years experience with Cisco Unified Communications technologies, including at a minimum:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
- Cisco Voice Gateways
- Cisco Unity
- Previous training or public speaking experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and committed to excellence
- Ability and willingness to travel

| Preferred skills and experience: |
- Professional focus on Cisco products and technologies
- Experience with additional Cisco UC technologies, such as Cisco Unified Contact Center, Mobility, Presence, etc.
- Industry certification such as CCVP or CCIE-Voice
- Professional services experience is a plus
- Courseware development experience is a plus
